These bumpers are built from 3/16 inch P-n-O plate that is CNC cut, bent and precision welded for a great fit and finish. Rear Trailhead Series Bumpers feature 1/2 inch thick mounting plates that also incorporate the shackle point into one bracket.

This means the bumper is incredibly well mounted and has a shackle point that is bolted directly to the frame of your Jeep instead of just being welded to the face of the sheet metal.

This design has proved itself reliable for many years under all kinds of abuse without ever having even a single failure.

The ends of the Mid width bumper extends past the sides of the Jeep and even wraps up towards the back of the rear fender. This design gives you total coverage, not leaving the gap exposed between the fender and bumper like other manufactures.
